I have not received the product that I ordered for. How can I get it replaced?
All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product, following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
- Inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. (It is advised to keep your order number handy when you call our customer care)
- You can also report the issue from your “My Account” Section.

I have opened/used the product that I need to replace. Can I still get it replaced?
As per General acceptable Policy of Markets food products once open are not replaceable. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will tell you how to proceed further.
Product defect or wrong product delivery ?
Any complaint with regards to product defect or wrong product delivery or any other manufacturing/production defect should be reported to us within 48 to 72 hours of the receipt of the product. Our service team will guide you how to proceed further for replacement/repair of the product.
- Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice.
· Please note that if the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
Do you arrange pick-up for replacement?
We arrange pick-up for replacement for most of the products. However, there may be some locations where this service may not be available.
So whenever you have a pick-up request, please check with customer care in advance whether the reverse pickup is available or not. If it is not available, you have to arrange to send the product back to us (or manufacturer’s store) within 24 hours of delivery. We reimburse you the full cost of shipping the product(s) back through gift coupons that you can use to purchase.
The customer care department has asked me to send the defective/wrong product back. How can I send it back?
We offer a free reverse pickup facility in case of defective or damaged product delivery; however, this service is limited based on the serviceability of your location through our courier partners. In case your location lands under the non-serviceable area, you will be asked to ship the product back.
- The courier charges to be paid by you while sending the product back to us are refundable. To avail this courier charges refund facility, you are required to send the scanned copy of courier receipt at our customer service email id.
- Please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier to process the desired resolution. Please ensure that you use a traceable courier to return the product. For some categories, the product would be picked up by the merchant courier. You just have to report the issue to our customer service team and we will guide you further.
- Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s) and analyzed the returned products condition.
- We will refund the money the way payment was made.
- We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost borne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.
Will I get the entire amount refunded?
Yes. If the product you received is faulty/defective/wrong, you will get the entire amount as refund. However, we will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods plus the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.
