SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Domestic Shipping:


WE OFFER SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

For shipments delivered outside DEHRADUN, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of Order by User
• Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.

General Scenario
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. doonorganics has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Doonorganics and accept Doonorganics decision regarding the cancellation.

In case of Perishable Goods
In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.

In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate will not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Order by Doonorganics
Doonorganics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Doonorganics for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Return Policy by Doonorganics

In 7 days except the following:
1. Products perishable in nature
2. Gift Certificates
3. Items that have been used or opened
4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.


We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
 

Return Policy

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

  • We accept returns within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the shipment. You have to inform our customer service team and report the issue.
  • Please contact our customer service to report the issue and the customer service executive will provide you the address where the product needs to be returned.

Points to remember:

1.      The product should be unused.

2.      Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice. All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.

3.      When you have shipped the product back please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier. You must use a trackable courier to return the product.

4.      Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s)

5.      We will refund the money the way payment was made.

6.      We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost borne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.

7.      In quality control product we require batch no, and manufacturing date.

Item received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong item:

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us within 48 to 72 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

  •  If you want a replacement then we will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
  • If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

I have not received the product that I ordered for. How can I get it replaced?

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product, following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

1.      Inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. (It is advised to keep your order number handy when you call our customer care)

2.      You can also report the issue from your "My Account" Section.

o    You can check your product history from �My Order� link.

 

I have opened/used the product that I need to replace. Can I still get it replaced?

Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns. All products that you need to return should be in original & unused condition with tags intact as attached in the product.

·         In case of perishable food products which has a shelf life or if there are no tags/packing. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will tell you how to proceed further.

·         Any complaint with regards to product defect or wrong product delivery or stains or stitching or any other manufacturing defect should be reported to us within 48 to 72 hours of the receipt of the product. Our service team will guide you how to proceed further for replacement/repair of the product.

·         Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice.

·         Please note that if the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

 

Do you arrange pick-up for replacement?

We arrange pick-up for replacement for most of the products. However, there may be some locations where this service may not be available.

So whenever you have a pick-up request, please check with customer care in advance whether the reverse pickup is available or not. If it is not available, you have to arrange to send the product back to us (or manufacturer’s store) within 24 hours of delivery. We reimburse you the full cost of shipping the product(s) back through gift coupons that you can use to purchase.

The customer care department has asked me to send the defective/wrong product back. How can I send it back?

·         We offer a free reverse pickup facility in case of defective or damaged product delivery; however, this service is limited based on the serviceability of your location through our courier partners. In case your location lands under the non-serviceable area, you will be asked to ship the product back.

·         The courier charges to be paid by you while sending the product back to us are refundable. To avail this courier charges refund facility, you are required to send the scanned copy of courier receipt at our customer service email id.

·         Please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier to process the desired resolution. Please ensure that you use a traceable courier to return the product. For some categories, the product would be picked up by the merchant courier. You just have to report the issue to our customer service team and we will guide you further.

·         Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s) and analyzed the returned products condition.

·         We will refund the money the way payment was made.

·         We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost borne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.

 

Will I get the entire amount refunded?

Yes. If the product you received is faulty/defective/wrong, you will get the entire amount as refund. However, we will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods plus the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.
